摘要
最大吸氧量是长期以来体育界用来作为青少年运动员的选材及运动能力评价的重要生理指标之一。近年来,各国体育科研人员已注意到,以经典的VO(2max)和VO(2/kg)来衡量处于生长发育期的少年有氧耐力难以准确进行评价。本文对45名少年优秀游泳运动员及157名体校运动员进行了心肺功能及VO(2max)的测定,证实以个体体表面积(BAS)为参照的VO(2max)相对值(VO(2/BAS))较之以体重为基准的VO(2max)(VO(2/kg))相对值与运动成绩的关系更具相关性。因此,提出了采用VO(2/BAS)的基准的VO(2max)相对值能更为准确地反映少儿有氧运动能力的观点。
For a long time past, the maximum volume of oxygen (VO(2max)) that an athlete can breathe in had been used in the physical training circle as one of the important physiological norms for selecting juvenile athletes and assessing their capahility in athletic aports. In recent years, researchers have come to recognized that it is difficult to make an accurate assessment of the stamina of juveniles in growth and puberty by using the classical measurement of VO(2max) and VO(2/kg). By measuring the heart-lung function and VO(2max) of 45 talented weimming athletes and 157 students in a school of physical education, this paper proves that the relative value of VO(2max) interpreted with reference to the individual body area of surface (VO(2/BAS)) has more bearing on athletic achievements than that of VO(2max) based on body weight(VO(2/kg)), and hence advances that the former can more accurately reflect the juveniles' kinetic capability
