A Discussion of the Study on the Three Major Issues in Contemporary Chineses Aesthetics

美本质、审美发生、审美功利性与非功利性关系，是中国当代美学研究中相互关联的三大难题。新的研究表明：人的意识能力的发展及非功利性。心理“闲暇”的形成，是审美关系得以发生的前提。所谓审美，就是人在无功利需求状态下，由观照事物形式一形象而产生愉悦感觉的行为。因此，功利性是审美关系的基础条件，而非功利性则是审美关系得以形成的决定性因素。在审美关系中形成的“美的”感觉经由对象化、客观化过程成为人们认识误区中的虚空的存在物——美。美概念的实际内涵本是对人的非功利快感的表述，后被人们误用来指称审美对象或审美价值，其正确的使用应表示由全部审美现象构成的人类精神活动的一个范畴，与“真”、“善”相并列。

Aesthetic nature, aesthetic occuring and the relation between utilitarian and inutilitarian aesthetic way have been the three major related defficulties in aesthetic studies of contemorary China. The so called aesthetic activities are taking place under inutilitarian aesthetic circumstances, in these activities, people get delighted feeling through watching the shapes or images of the objects. Utilitarian factor is the basic condition of aesthetic relation but the inutilitarian factor decides aesthetic relation happening.
