The Developing Tendency and Its Influence of Regional International Economic Law

随着区域经济集团化的发展，区域国际经济法已成为国际经济法的重要法律部门，其发展现状呈现为地域性、层次性、不平衡性等态势。近十年来，随着区域经济一体化进程的加快，区域国际经济法出现了一些引人注意的趋势：从调整单一的贸易关系逐渐变为调整经济、贸易的综合合作关系；从条约规范向经济集团制定法规范发展；适用范围越来越广。区域国际经济法的发展不仅使多边贸易法律制度面临新的挑战，也促进了多边贸易法律制度的不断完善。

Regional international economic law has become an important branch of internation al economic law with the development of economic regionalization, and has showed the regional, differential and imbalance features in the course of its development. There have been remarkable tendency occurred with it for the past 10 years with the speeding up of economic regionalization,it has been changing from regulating single regional trade relation gradually to regulating the regional comprehensive relation of economic and trade cooperation. Regional economic international law has made the multilateral trade legal system facing the new challenge as well as creating the opportunities and providing helpful experiences for perfecting the multilateral trade legal system.
