摘要 运用博弈方法分析新形势下铁路运输企业员工个性化培训管理的策略,对来源不同、素质不同的员工制定个性化的培训制度体系。通过建立不同类别员工素质持续提升制度实现"先培训、后上岗,先培训、后转岗,先培训、后晋级"和"新员工持证上岗,新岗位培训上岗,新知识新技术轮训上岗"的要求,使培训贯穿于员工整个职业生涯,为盘活现有人力资源,促进铁路运输企业科学发展提供坚强的人力资源保障。 The game theory is presented to analyze the tailored training strategy for China railway transport enterprise staffs under the new sitation.This paper has formulated the series personalized training programmes,such as 'First training,Duty after;First training,Job-transfer after;First training,promotion after' and 'New staff require pre-job training,New position shall be holding certificate,New technology must be trained in rotation' to realize continuous enhancing the quality of various railway staffs.Chinese railway transport enterprise should make sure to run these personalized training systems throughout the whole employee's career,to revitalize the existing low efficient human resources and provide strong support for the railway effettive human resource.
