少数民族贫困大学生社会适应能力现状与需求调查——以玉溪师范学院为例

An Investigation of Poor Minority College Students’Ability of Social Adaptation and Their Needs: A Case Study at Yuxi Normal University

少数民族贫困生是高校学生中的弱势和边缘群体,他们不仅面临着经济的困扰,还承受着因经济问题而衍生的学习压力、就业压力、心理压力等等,呈现出能力贫困胜于经济贫困的特征,社会适应能力相对薄弱。而像玉溪师范学院这样一所边疆民族省份的地方院校,少数民族学生比例高、贫困生面大、学生贫困程度深,准确掌握少数民族贫困生社会适应能力的现状与需求就尤为紧迫和重要。

Poor minority students are a marginalized and vulnerable group on university campus.Besides economic difficulties and mental stress,they are under the pressure of learning and employment.Their want in ability,especially their low ability of social adaptation,is more severe than economic poverty.Local universities such as Yuxi Normal University have a large of minority and poor student body.It is necessary and urgent to find out the real situation of poor minority students ability in social adaptation and their needs.
