Analyses and Countermeasure for Latent Quality Issues of “U” Exchanger Bundle

本文通过对实际案例的分析、计算,阐述了U型换热器管束潜在的质量问题,分析、论证了U形管换热器弯管段最小弯管半径R_(min)的设计对U形管换热器制造质量的影响,提出了解决问题的方法,并对如何避免类似质量问题提出了作者的观点。

Through the analyses and calculation of actual cases, this thesis expatiates the quality problem of 'U' exchanger bundle in 100 million tons/year ethane engineering, analyzes and demonstrates the infections of manufacture quality by design of the minimum siphon radius in 'U' exchanger, put forward the solutions, and offers the methods how to avoid the similar quality problem.
