大型空分铝塔现场组对焊接过程优化控制

摘要 本文阐释了如何有效的降低空气分离装置中铝塔现场组焊过程的焊后错边量、垂直度超差,利用多次优选法,降低了焊接过程导致的铝塔垂直度变化,并减少组对工装卡具对塔壁造成损伤。同时节省了预制及拆除工装、卡具的人工工时,节约了成本。对今后大型铝塔组对焊接具有一定的指导作用。 This article illustrates how to effectively reduce the air separation plant chinalco site compound welding process after welding in the wrong side of the tower, verticality, use of optimum seeking method for many times, reduced the aluminum tower perpendicularity changes caused by welding process; and reduce the set of fixtures for the tower wall damage. At the same time saving the precast and demolition of the tooling, fixture, artificial man-hour, the cost is saved. For future large group for welding aluminum tower has a certain guiding role.
