摘要
由于脱水污泥的特殊性能,其储存料仓的设计和普通料仓有较大的区别.对污泥进行土工实验,确定了污泥内摩擦角及内聚力.通过强度计算,设计了料仓体壁厚及结构.研究表明,该脱水污泥的内摩擦角为11.6°,内聚力为7.6kPa,采用固体料仓设计标准(NB/T 47003.2—2009)对料仓进行设计时,应充分考虑污泥破拱产生的冲击力对污泥的强度及壁厚的影响.
The design of dewated sludge storage bins is different to that of ordinary storage bins because of the special properties of dewated sludge.We determined the angle of internal friction and cohesion of dewated sludge through geotechnical experiments.Silo wall thickness and its structure were designed based on the dynamic load impact and the silo body strength calculation.The results show that the internal friction angle is 11.6 degree and cohesion is 7.6 kPa.It is suggested that the impact of unloading should be considered in determining the silo wall thickness when using the Solid Standard for Silo Design(NB/T 47003.2—2009).
