摘要
传统试验方法无法在前期阶段控制后视镜的动态性能,或只能依据经验进行结构设计,无法得知其具体的结构动态性能。运用CAE分析方法在结构设计完成之后进行动态性能分析从而缩短开发周期,节约开发成本。CAE分析中,对模型进行了合理简化,建立了镜面转角法,为CAE后期处理做好准备,实验与有限元分析并进从而证明了CAE方法的可行性。
Traditional methods can not control the dynamic performance of rear-view mirror in the early stages.The advanced structural design work only can be done based on experience without knowing the specific dynamic performance.CAE method was used to shorten the development cycle and to reduce the development costs.In CAE analysis,the FEA model was simplified reasonably.Mirror angle method was first used in preparing for the post-processing.In the end,the experiment was done to confirm the FEA method.
