Abstract :In order to carry on the unfinished lifework of Deng xiaoping and push on the construction of socialist counntry with law,the inhherent characters of Deng Xiaopings rule of Law thought how to understand and adhere to his thought are discussed regarding its historic nesessary longterm view,the seriousness of ruling the country with Law and the resolusion of practice and truth,which Deng xiaopings rule of Law thought possesses.
