摘要
随着社会主义市场经济的逐步建立,高校面临着转换机制、参与竞争的现实,高校自身对人力资源优化配置的研究显得更加迫切。本文针对高校人力资源的主要特征,阐述了高校人力资源配置的指导思想、原则以及基本依据。
Abstract:Alongwith the establishment of socialism market economy,academies and universites face the needs of transforming the mechanism and competition at the disposition of human resources.About this matter,this paper proposes the programs and mothods,and states the guiding ideology,principle,and basis.
