“科学技术是第一生产力”已成共识，但对“社会科学也是第一生产力”却殊多异议。其实，无论从科学的发展看还是从科学的结构看，抑或直接从社会科学在经济增长和社会发展中的作用看，都凸现出“社会科学也是第一生产力”的功能特征。

AbstractIt is the common understanding that science and technology is the first productive force.However,there is some different views to the idea that social science is also the first productive force.As a matter of fact,not only from the view point of the scientific development but also from the structure of science or from the role of soical science in economic growth and social development,the feature of the first productive force that social science performs can be seen clearly.On the other hand,the social property of productive force can also undoubtedly prove it.
