1990年代中国劳动力就业结构区域分布及变动模式研究

The Analysis of Regional Distribution and Change Pattern of China Labor Force Employment Structure in the 1990s

主要利用布局系数指标和顺序分布模型,从区域特化角度考察1990年代中国劳动力就业结构区域分布和变动的差异和基本特征。东部与中、西部地带三大产业劳动力分布差异进一步扩大,东部地带第二、三产业尤其是第二产业劳动力更为集中,尤以广东、浙江两省第二产业聚集最快,中、西部地带第一产业劳动力更为集中,而东、中、西地带内部三大产业劳动力分布差异呈缩小态势。

This paper analyzes the regional distribution and change differences and characteristics of China labor force in the 1990s by employing a location quotient index and a sequence distribution model. There is an increasing disparity of labor distribution between the eastern regions and middle-western regions. Labor became more intensive in the secondary and service industries in the eastern regions, in particular, in Guangdong and Zhejiang provinces. While in the middle and western regions, the agricultural labor force became relatively more concentrated. However, the discrepancy among the labor distribution of the three industry within the eastern, middle and western economic zones exhibited the tendency to shrink.
