试论市场经济下我国投融资体制的建立

On the Founding of the System of Investment and Financing under Market Economy in China

投融资体制的改革是深化我国各项经济改革的关键。本文从历史的、发展的客观实际出发，对我国投融资体制改革的核心问题进行了分析，并着重从转变政府职能，大力发展直接融资方式。

Abstract The reform of the system of investment and financing is the key to the intensification of economic reform.This article,taking into consideration the actual conditions in China,presents an objective analysis of the core of this reform and discusses profoundly how to constitute and perfect the system of investment and financing in three aspects,namely,the change of government function,the development of direct financing,and the strengthening of the indirect control by the government.
