About Inflation and Deflation

通货膨胀和通货紧缩都是经济运行质量的标志。我国在改革开放初期出现了通货膨胀，它是与泡沫经济、经济中的泡沫等因素密切相关的。经过一系列宏观经济政策的调整，我国自１９９７年始出现了通货紧缩现象，它标志着我国经济已由卖方市场转向买方市场，且有需求偏低。对此，我国政府非常重视。

Abstract Inflation and deflation are the qualitative indications of economic development.Since the beginning of Chinas reform and opening to the outside world,inflation has occurred,which is closely linked with the foamy economy and other factors.In 1997,China began to see signs of deflation,which symbolizes that Chinas economy has turned from the sellers market to the buyers market and the effectual demand is low.Therefore,the Chinese government is greatly concerned about deflation.They start to focus on the optimization of structure and the improvement of quality of economic operation.
