摘要
在高校学科建设中,师资队伍建设是一项重要内容。本文结合笔者所在学校的情况,针对目前高校师资队伍建设中存在的主要问题,提出了在新形势下学科建设过程中,加大力度,引进竞争机制,形成良性的用人环境。
Abstract Recruiting and training a qualified teaching staff is an important part of the development of disciplines at tertiary institutions.Having in mind the major problems in university teachers training,the authors of this paper expound their views on how to solve those problems and suggest that greater efforts should be made to introduce competition and create a good working environment for the personnel employed.
