试论重点高校师资队伍建设问题

On the Improvement of Teaching Staff at Key Tertiary Institutions

在高校学科建设中，师资队伍建设是一项重要内容。本文结合笔者所在学校的情况，针对目前高校师资队伍建设中存在的主要问题，提出了在新形势下学科建设过程中，加大力度，引进竞争机制，形成良性的用人环境。

Abstract Recruiting and training a qualified teaching staff is an important part of the development of disciplines at tertiary institutions.Having in mind the major problems in university teachers training,the authors of this paper expound their views on how to solve those problems and suggest that greater efforts should be made to introduce competition and create a good working environment for the personnel employed.
