Strengthen the Legal System to Ensure the Safety in Financial Trade

本文以亚洲金融危机的警示为起点，结合中国实际情况，分析了防范和化解金融风险的必要性、紧迫性和长期性，认为必须把一切金融活动纳入规范化、法制化的轨道，并提出了进一步加强法制建设以维护金融业合法。

Abstract Taking the Asian financial crisis as its starting point and Chinas reality into consideration,this article analyzes the necessity,the urgency and the permanency to guard against and remove financial crisis,and holds that all financial movements should be led onto a normal and legal course.The article also puts forward some proposals for the strengthening of the legal system and to ensure legal and stable operation of financial trade.
