Any philosopher bases his ideas on the achievements of his predecessors, so is Popper. The authors of the paper propose that the understanding of 'conjectures' and 'refutations' in popper's model of scientific progress will lead one to the recognition of the internal relations between Popper's creative and critical spirit on the one hand and Einstein's scientific revolution and Kantian philosophy on the other.
