摘要
短肽疫苗是在分子免疫学发展的基础上提出的.MHC分子结合T、B细胞的表位后呈递给淋巴细胞,从而激活免疫系统.短肽疫苗通过模拟T、B细胞的表位,与MHC分子结合,激活细胞和体液免疫,达到预防和治疗的目的.而疫苗制备的关键问题在于表位的筛选及住剂的使用,本文就这些方面的问题进行了综述.
Peptide vaccine was processed based on the development of the molecular immunology. The epitopes combined by MHC molecules were presented to lymphoocytes and then the immunesystem was activated. Peptides of vaccines can conbine MHC molecules through mimicking the epitopesof T and B lymphocytes and stimulate cellular and humoral immunity. The major problem of the vaccine preparation was screening of the peptides and the designing of the adjuvants. Here the current research about this problem was reviewed.
