摘要
该文运用有关理论原理和方法，探析了掷标枪时的速度叠加效应，指出这是提高掷标枪运动成绩的有效途径。
By using the relative theories and methods, the article analyses the speed repeating effect in javelin throwing, it points out that this method is effective for improving the performance of javelin throwing.
