摘要
本文用文献分析法，对田径跳跃项目训练发展趋向的共性进行了归纳和总结，旨在为教练员丰富训练思路提供参考。
This paper sums up the general characteristics of the trend of jumping events training in athletics through documentation, as to provide reference for the coaches to enrich their training theory.
