摘要
本交通过对食草动物和食肉动物消化系统的解剖学比较,提出应用“用进废退”法则对我国运动员进行始于婴幼期的饮食方式的改变,使消化系统在个体发育过程中退化,在体内所占的体积和重量减小,从而增加身体的启动、加速能力和机敏度。同时便与运动项目相关的运动器官在个体发育过程中得到充分生长,从而提高体能和运动效率。
By comparing the anatomy of the digestive system of the herbivorous animal and carnivorous animal, the paper points out that the principle of aeyolution in usage and degeneration without usage' can be used to change the way of diet from the begining of baby period of the Chinese players, to make the digestiye system to degenerate in the individual growth and reduce its volume and weight in the body so that the start ability, speed-up ability and sensitivity of the body can be improved.At the same time, the organs which are related to the sport events can fully grow in the individual growth, In this way, the body ability and sport efficiency will be improved.
