摘要
本文通过对新中国体育教师在职培训工作的回顾与分析，认为我国体育师资培训在50年中发生了很大的变化，使大批在职体育教师提高了业务水平，优化了体育教师队伍的整体素质，为学校体育的改革与发展奠定了基础。但也存在许多问题，需要进一步完善。
By reviewing and analysing the training of PE teachers at their Posts in New China, the paper thinks that great changes have taken place in the training of PE teachers in the past fifty years, which has improved the teaching level and whole qual,ty of teachers and laid the foundation for the reform and development of school sports. However, many problems still exist and further imperfections are needed.
