摘要
论文分析了我国体育立法现状与建立体育法规体系目标之间所存在的反差,论证了在现有立法基础上加强和加快以《体育法》为核心的体育立法配套与完善工作的必要性,并对体育立法的配套与完善的涵义与特征、意义与原则以及模式选择等有关基本问题进行了阐发。
The paper analyses the contrast between the current situation of the Chinese sports legislation and the aim to be achieved for establishing a complete system. It proves the necessity of setting up a complete and perfect sports legislation system which is on the basis of current practice and with the Law on Physical Culture & Sports as its core.The article also discusses the contents and features, significance and principles of a complete and perfect sports legislation as well as some related and basic questions in the choice of the model.
