摘要
本文在对现行规则进行剖析的基础上，结合优秀运动员的比赛成功经验，对运动员运用规则所允许的多种有利条件赛出优异成绩进行了探讨。
On the basis of analysing the current rules and combined with the successful experiences of the elite athletes,the paper discusses how the athletes get the good results by applying the various favourable conditions permitted by the rules.
