我国男子跳远运动员起跳时空特征的研究

Study on the Features of Take-off Time of the Chinese Male Long Jumpers

通过对我国部分省、市男子运动员跳远起跳技术的高速影片解析，分析讨论在缓冲、转化和蹬伸三个时段中运动员的技术特征，提出用蹬伸时间指数和水平速度损失的转化率两个新的综合指标来评价诊断跳远起跳技术更具有科学性。

Through analysing the high speed films of the take-off techniques used by the men long jumpers at some provinces and cities in China, the paper makes an analysis and discussion on the technical features at the three phases of buffer, transformation and driving legs. It points out that it will be more scientific to evaluate the take-off techniques with the new comprehensive indexes of driving legs time and transformation rate of the horizontal speed loss.
