摘要
本文在诊断男子体操后备人才现实基础上，就其发展过程提出了为实现2000年宏伟目标的发展对策。
On the basis of studying the present situation of male reserve gymnasts in China, this paper advances the development countermeas ures on the development process as to meet a great success in 2000 Olympics.
