This paper describes relationship between microscale and experiment. Only if they coordinat each other,can the quality of education be well improved.The roles of experiments of various microminiaturization should be paid attention to. Degree of accuracy of original experiment should be kept.What microminiaturized crux of the partial experiments of the instrument determination is the microminiaturization of measurement apparatu. So development and research should be paid attention to in this respect.
