摘要
采用固体含浸微型化学实验法研究了贵金属Au、Ag、Pd、Pt、Ru、Rh等对SnO2和ZnO气敏材料敏感性能的影响,获得了可用于可燃气体普敏检测,及酒精、氢气、汽油、丁烷及液化石油气选择性检测的气敏材料.
The sensing materials of SnO2 and ZnO were studied with microscale experiment. These materials can be used to determine flammable gases.
