本文将几个典型的有机实验进行了改进,以其微型化的优势及微波技术的应用,将Ritter反应(试剂毒性较大)、硼氢化钠还原(药品价格较高)以及Fries重排(反应时间较长)等实验付诸于基础教学中,效果良好。可以看到,基础教学实验的微型化趋势具有十分广阔的前景.
The report submits a few classical organic laboratories that are improved into microscale laboratories and presents the use of microwave radiation technology in the area. The application of Ritter reaction, reduction of sodium borohydride and Fries rearrangement in the undergraduate organic laboratory obtained good teaching effect.
