农科院校天然产物提取及分离微型实验

MICROEXPERIMENTS OF NATURAL PRODUCT EXTRACTION AND SEPARATION FOR AGRICULTURAL COLLEGES

本文记述了适合农科院校本科生天然产物提取及分离五个微型有机化学实验,并设计和创作出合理的微型水蒸汽蒸馏装置,若干实验已连续在五届学生实验教学中推广应用,并取得良好效果,根据教学情况,总结出天然产物提取及分离微型实验的特点.

This paper has discussed five microscale organic experiments of natural product extraction and separation suitable to agricultural students, many of which have been applied in succession in teaching five grades of students. By comparing microexperiments with macroexperiments,the author of the paper has also briefly suhimarized the characteristics of microexperiment.
