摘要
在有机化学实验教学中,用微型实验制备己二酸,可编短实验时间,减少药品消耗量,同时可避免反应过剧而发生爆炸,排放的有毒气体氧化氮很微量,容易吸收,而大大减少对环境的污染。己二酸可升华,试验改进了其熔点测定的方法,操作更为合理,结果更为可靠.
In organic chemistry experiment teaching, using microscale experiment to preparate hexane diacid can shorten experiment time and decrease chemicals consumption and avoid explosion for violent reaction. Furthermore,the minute toxic gases generated by small quantities of used reogents is easy to absorb to reduce environment pollution greatly. It is too difficult to determine its melting point because hexane diacid is liable to sublimate. The operation is more rational and the result is more liable if we improve determinent method of melting point.
