摘要 将电子顺磁共振法(ESR)应用于研究丝织品经光辐照后引起的老化。结果表明,紫外光使丝的蛋白分子分解是由于光诱导产生自由基所致。自由基的生成量随辐照时间的增加而增加,经辐照后的丝织品的强度随辐照时间的增加而减少。由此可知,随自由基生成量增加,丝织品的强度下降。通过改变实验条件,对自由基的保存条件及寿命进行了考察。同时,根据自由基的生成量情况对一些保护剂进行了筛选,在此基础上筛选出有效的保护剂。 Using Electron Spin Resonance (ESR) in Study of silk aging by ultra - violet (UV), the result has been shown that free - radicals induced by UV lead to the degradation of silk fiber protein molecules. The amount of the free - radicals produced increases with the irradiating time increasing, while the tensile strength of the silk decreases when irradiated. Thus, it is shown that the tensile strength of the silk decreases with the increasing of the arnount of the free - radicals produced. By changing the experimental conditions, the reserving environment and the life span of the free - radicals are studied, which provides a base for further researching afterwards. Meanwhile, the effects of some anti - aging agents on silk have been measured according to the amount of the free - radicals produced. And the efective anti - aging agents have been selected.
