摘要
“拨地兴学”曾是中美两国历史上用于解决地方教育经费紧缺的重大举措,对发展两国教育起过巨大作用,是中华民族优秀的教育传统之一,在国外也取得了成功。借鉴这些宝贵的历史经验,实施以农补教,拨地兴学,既是从根本上解决我国贫困地区农村教育经费问题的有效途径,而且对转变农村教育观念、改革传统的教学模式、培养为农村经济发展服务的实用人才。
Abstract The land-grant education played important roles in covering the shortage of local education funds in the history of China and the United States. It can be taken as an effective approach not only to make up the education funds in the poor rural areas but also to transfer the concepts and reform the traditional teaching patterns in the countryside.
