It first analyzes the developmental survey of different ownership industrial enterprises in China, thensummaries the reform and developmental course of state-owned as well as non-state-owned industrial enterprises. It finally puts forward their developmental thinking and basic policies during the ninth Five-Year Plan, as well as the scheme prediction and policies selection of ownership strutural change.
