Incentive Effect Analysis of Share Cooperative Institution

通过数学模型分析获得刻画股份合作制产生激励效应的充分必要条件,并由此对当前的一些经济现象予以理论解释。

On the basis of anal analyzing a mathematical model, this paper first deduces a full and necessary condition which depicts the incentive effect in a share cooperative institution enterprise, then explains theoretically some current economic phenomena from this.
