摘要
运动中各种不适合于腰椎生理要求的应力致使腰部肌肉、关节发生挛缩和退行性变，其病理变化多在肌肉的起止点，即腰三横突部。本文对腰三横突综合症的发病机理与小针刀治疗方法的效果进行了分析讨论。
The reason of spasm and recessive changes in waist muscle and join are the stress that unfit with biological require of lumbar vertebra. The cure method named 'Xiaozhendao' and its effect were introduced and analyzed.
