Preliminary Study on the Quality Education and School Physical Education

应把终身体育思想根植于学校体育，把全民健身融入学校体育；尊重学生的主体精神，发挥教师的主导作用；强化课外体育锻炼，建立三维评价体系。

It was discussed that the idea of life-span physical educationshould be brought into mind with school education,and the all people fitnessshould be combined with school education. The prime position of studentsshould be respected, the guiding function of teacher should be developed andthe outside-school exercise should be enhanced for setting up a three dimensions evaluation system.
