摘要
针对目前我国利率制度改革存在的问题,阐述利率市场化是深化我国金融体制改革的必然选择。通过具体分析利率市场化改革具备的有利条件和现实困难,提出利率市场化改革的目标模式和实现改革的阶段设计。
In view of the currently existing problems in interest rate system reform in China, the author expounds that interest rate marketization is the only way out in deepening monetary system reform in our country. Through concrete analysis of favourable conditions and actual difficulties in interest rate marketization reform, the author advances the target model of interest rate marketization reform and stage design of realizing it.
