摘要
在调查分析资源配置症结的基础上分析了转变机制是实现后勤服务社会化的关键,以九种典型的管理方式为例,论述了推进后勤服务社会化的进程,强调解放思想、转变观念才能促进后勤服务社会化。
Based on the Investigation and research of the crux of rational resource disposition, the paper first points out that the key to the realization of rear service socialization is changing the existing mechanism, then instanced by nine typical management models, it expounds the process of pushing rear service socialization forward, emphasizes that only by liberating thoughts, changing ideas, can rear service socialization be promoted.
