摘要 为有效地提高本院男篮训练水平 ,通过实验室测定的受试者的通气阈 (VT)和 4mM血乳酸值OBLA这两个代谢标点对应的心率值 ,确定难强度 ( >HR -OBLA) ,中等强度 ( <HR -OBLA ,>HR -VT)和易强度 ( <HR -VT) ,监测了不同训练手段及安排方法下训练的运动强度。结果显示 ,心率监测训练强度很好地反映了不同训练手段及其安排对发展无氧代谢供能的有效性。 Exercise intensity during training was assessed in male basketball players in relation to two metabolic markers determined in the laboratory.Ventilatory threshold (VT) and 4mM of blood lactic acid (OBLA),heart rates (HRS) were obtained during training.These HRS were used as references for qualifying the amounts of hard (>HR-OBLA),moderate(<HR-OBLA,>HR-VT)and easy(<HR-VT) intensity training.HR monitoring of training intensity provided the effect of different training methods in developing anaerobic energy system.
