摘要
为了总结和探讨体育法制的历史经验 ,论文对中国社会体育立法做了初创基础、逐步展开和完善提高三个阶段的划分 ,对各阶段社会体育立法的基本状况以及决定其的社会背景进行了概括和分析。
This paper sums up historical experience of sports legal system and social sports legislation of China which were divided into 3 phases:the start phase,gradually developing phase, perfecting and improving phase.The basic state and social background of social sports legislation in every phase were summed up and analysed.
