全国游泳中级教练员岗位培训现状及对策的研究

Research on the Present Situation and Countermeasure of Chinese Middle-ranked Swimming Coaches' Post Training

1992年起至今已举办了四期全国中级游泳教练员岗位培训班。对参加学员的现状、特点 ,培训内容、培训形式、教学方法和考试办法等内容进行了研究 ,为改进培训工作、提高质量提供依据。

Entrusted by the National Athletic Sports Committee,Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education had held four times of post train class for the national middle-rarked swimming coaches ever since 1992.In order to sum up the experience,to carry out the gist of the relevent documents of the committee,to make the training class accord with the swimming coaches' actural situation and to improve their ability,this essay has done much research on the present situation and characteristics of the students in the class as well as the training content and form,and the teaching and test method,so that it can provide basis to help improve the training work and the training quality.
