摘要
运用文献资料法，对国外有关成本的理论进行了综述，进而对国内９０年代以来关于改革成本的理论进行了综述，在此基础上，提出体育改革的成本问题，确立了体育改革成本体系的基本框架，对成本差异进行了比较，指出实现投入最小、收益最大的途径。
The present study puts forward the issue on sports reform cost based on relative cost theories by literature. This article sets up the basic frame of system of sports reform cost and compares the cost difference and indicates approaches to realize the least investment and the most profit. The paper provides theoretical bases for operating the sports reform cost.
