论天津体院竞技体育发展的战略措施

DISCUSSION ON STRATEGY OF ATHLETICS DEVELOPMENT IN TIANJIN INSTITUTE OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION

采用文献资料法、调查法，运用基础理论对天津体院竞技体育开展的现状进行了分析，确定了今后的战略目标，从理论上对战略类型进行了划分，研究制定了战略实施系统与配套方案。

The present study analyses the current situation of athletics in Tianjin Institute of Physical Education using basic theories and methods of literature and investigation.This article determines the strategic aim of athletics development in Tianjin Institute of Physical Education and theoretically divides strategic types.The paper also makes a strategic enforcement system and a corresponding plan.
