摘要
1997年世界经济发起了一股“重组”浪潮，我国也一样，但在实际过程中困难重重，进展缓慢，甚至有的人产生怀疑态度。结合我国实际，针对当前经济热点，从企业集团化、经济结构调整、加强国际竞争三方面论证了我国进行重组的必要性，并且指出进展缓慢的原因，提出应注意的几个问题。
Considering China's condition and current key issues of economic development, the paper discussesthe necessarity of re-organization from the points of view of establishing enterprise groups, economic reconstruc-tion, and consolidating global competition. The reasons which stagnate re-organization and issues which should bepaid more attention are also presented.
