我国企业对外直接投资的制约因素与发展对策

The Restriction and Countermeasure of China's Enterprises Direct Oversea Investment

分析了现阶段我国企业对外直接投资中的制约因素和存在的问题。主要表现在传统观念的影响与束缚，企业面；陆的国际挑战更为严峻；缺乏高效有序的宏观管理与协调机制；投资结构不尽合理；现代企业制度尚未建立健全；对外投资管理人才缺乏等。针对这些发展中面临的诸多制约因素和存在的问题，提出了发展我国企业对外直接投资的对策与措施。

In terms of the restriction and problerns which face up the China's enerprises in direct oversea in-vestrnent, the poicies and measures for China's entoprises to develop direct overeea investment are pointed out.
