我国资产评估业存在的问题与建议

Problems Existing in Our Asset Appraisal and Suggestions

随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立与完善，各类资产业务（资产交易、产权变动等）已成为一种经常性活动，所以，科学地评估资产的价值是市场经济的必然要求。但目前我国资产评估业还存在不少问题，在一定程度上制约了经济的发展。因此，分析我国资产评估业的现存问题并采取相应对策具有现实意义。

With the development of system of the socialism market-directed economy, all starts of assets business (Such as assets exchange, changement of property right) have been normal. Thus scientific valuation about the value of assets is necessary to the market-directed economy. But at present there are still many problems in our assets valuation.This has hindered the development of the economy to some extent. Terefore the target of this article is to analyse the problem in our assets valution and to give some advice about it.
