“黑龙江省国有企业资本运营状况研究”课题组选取黑龙江省50家具有代表性的国有企业进行调研。通过对样本企业的分析研究，总结了黑龙江省国有企业资本运营的现状及存在的问题，并在此基础上提出了相应的对策。

Research-team of status of capital-operation of state-owned enterprises in Heilongjiang has selected fifty typical enterprises, and by researching and analyzing these enterprises, it summarized the status and problems existing in these enterprises. In addition, on the basis of all of these, it comes up the correspondent countermeasures.
