Abstract In China's hotel industry,the sales personnel have the heavy tasks to coordinate the internal and external relations,communicate the management information,sell the hotel rooms,food and beverage and entertainment,call in conventions and participate in decision making,and they exert a decisive influence on the short term and long term business development,in view of the problems generally existing in the administration of the sales personnel in China's hotel industry,the author points out in the article the following solutions:1.Rigidly controlling the enrollment to select best sales personnel of the hotel;2.Changing training ideas and making reasonable training arrangements;3.Flexibly taking all kinds of incentive measures;4.Adopting comprehensive and scientific examination methods to avoid biases;5.Appropriately controlling the movements of the sales personnel and stabilizing the mainstay force.
